Luxury, Beauty and Comfort

Natasha Higgins catches up with Antoine Christoforou, Managing Director of Fusion Residential, who tells us of the latest projects Fusion is working on.

Earlier this month London Property Magazine caught up with Antoine Christoforou, Managing Director of Fusion Residential, who gave us an update of all exciting projects set to launch later this year or at the start of 2015.

The award winning development firm, which specialises in building prestigious new homes, holds luxury, beauty and comfort at the forefront of its creations alongside excellence in design, specification and the highest level of build quality.

As Christoforou explains, “we’re boutique developers with an intimate setup and that’s how we intend to keep it. We’re careful in sourcing exclusive locations, we pay relentless attention to detail and there is no limit to our imagination.”

Here’s a taste of what’s to come….

Luxury living at Palazzo,  January 2015

Palazzo is a scheme of six super luxury apartments on Beach Hill in Hadley Wood. It’s a gated development with underground parking, extensive terraces and a concierge.  These unique homes, which will be interior designed, come with a high spec finish including advanced technology and two underground parking spaces. Beach Hill in south Hertfordshire is one of the most desirable roads to live on. “The flats will no doubt be popular with downsizers looking for lateral living space,” says Christoforou.

Two apartments have already sold and a further apartment has been reserved.

The Collection: March 2015
The Collection is a scheme of six luxury apartments located on Finchley’s Dollis Avenue. Much like Palazzo, they come with a private concierge, smart technology and are interior designed. “Within 20 minutes you’re in the West End!” comments Christoforou.

Hurlingham Terrace: September 2015

Located in the heart of Parsons Green, above a brand new private sports club will be 31 new apartments and seven houses.  These stunning homes will overlook private tennis courts and a bowls lawn. “This lively London location has had lots of interest so far and will no doubt prove an extremely popular scheme,”  remarks Christoforou.

Equinox: September 2014

A Private single trophy home designed to cater for private clients’ own occupation. “These are contemporary residences, and one we’re currently working on is due for completion at the end of this year. It sits on a one acre plot and has sensational views”.
